This was a local gym contest during the summer of 1983. I and others including my accupuncturist believe I am better now than in 1983. This should not be as I am 21 years older. However I feel the largest difference is the Metabolic Diet that I'm currently on, while I was doing a moderate protein, low fat, high carb, calorie restriction diet in 1983. I've learned a lot about carbs since 1983.
